Early Childhood Educator

As an early childhood educator, young children’s wellbeing, learning and development is your strength. You demonstrate well-developed skills in contributing to a nurturing, respectful and calm environment for children, with a focus on trusting relationships and key moments for connection and learning through play.

As a professional, you are seeking a stable management team, comprehensive induction program, ongoing professional learning, and mentoring from a non-contact Educational Leader.

Our educator role requires applicants with a minimum Certificate III qualification, who are skilled in delivering quality education and care for young children. A Diploma qualification is preferred.

Role Requirements:

• A minimum Certificate III Qualification

• A certificate of completion for the National Mandatory Child Safety Training (Foundation)

• A current and valid Working with Children Check

• A Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

• Experience and understanding with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG

• Collaborative teamwork skills

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• 2 previous work references will be required

• Full Time or Part Time hours considered
