Property Presentation & Maintenance Team Member

Tasks & Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is ensuring our holiday homes are beautifully presented, fully operational and guest-ready before every arrival.

This includes:

• Preparing properties to a consistently high presentation standard before guest check-in.

• Cleaning and maintaining swimming pools and BBQs.

• Checking that all property systems are operating correctly, including lighting, TVs, internet/Wi-Fi, air conditioning, appliances and other fixtures and fittings.

• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues before guests arrive.

• Completing minor repairs and adjustments where required.

• Removing rubbish and maintaining tidy outdoor areas.

• Basic gardening and property presentation.

• Pressure washing paths, decks and outdoor areas.

• Assisting with property improvements, preventative maintenance and special projects.

• Maintaining excellent communication with the maintenance team and reporting completed work accurately.

• Providing exceptional attention to detail to ensure every property meets Holiday Homes Noosa’s presentation standards.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in presentation and notices the little things that make a guest’s stay exceptional. While handyman skills are valuable, this role is equally suited to someone who enjoys preparing homes to a high standard, solving small problems before guests arrive, and working independently.

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:

• Pool and spa maintenance

• General handyman repairs

• Gardening and landscaping

• Pressure cleaning

• Painting and touch-ups

• Basic carpentry or maintenance
