This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse who enjoys working in a collaborative general practice environment. You will support our GPs and contribute to the smooth day-to-day clinical operations of the practice. Key Responsibilities

Immunisations and vaccine cold chain management Chronic disease management and care plans Health assessments (including 75+ health checks)

Wound care and dressings Assisting with minor procedures ECGs and other clinical procedures

Patient education and health promotion Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation About

You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse Previous general practice experience preferred

Strong clinical and organisational skills Excellent communication and patient care approach Ability to work both independently and within a team

Experience with Best Practice software (desirable) What
