Administrator

Mader's Metro & Local Ancillary Division is looking for an Administrator to join the team.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our Metro Mechanics and Local Auto Electricians, working alongside our coordinator to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a diverse, fast-paced role for a driven and enthusiastic administrator who enjoys variety and thrives in a team environment.

• Full-time position - Salary + 12% super + annual bonus

• Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm based at our High Wycombe Mader Maintenance Centre

• Free onsite parking

Role Responsibilities:

• Mobilisation of tradespeople to mine sites and workshops

• Booking and managing employee flights, accommodation and training

• Coordinating medicals, inductions, PPE and compliance documents

• Timesheet and payroll reconciliation

• Generating and reconciling monthly invoices

• Supporting divisional coordinators with a variety of admin tasks

• Maintaining accurate records including training matrices and license tracking

• Providing excellent internal and external customer service

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administration or mobilisation admin role

• Experience with invoicing, payroll, or workforce coordination

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Strong communication skills and great attention to detail
