Wallaby Hotel in Mudgeeraba is looking for an Assistant Venue Manager and Duty Managers to join the team.

Part of Australian Venue Co., Wallaby is a busy, multi-faceted pub with a bistro, public bar, gaming, live entertainment and accommodation - a great environment to build your operational and leadership experience.

• $79,550-$85,000 + super, depending on the role, skills and experience
• AVM - up to $5,000 annual bonus
• Genuine career progression and development

• Some experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or hospitality leader
• A current RSA and RSG, with RMLV or willingness to obtain it if required
• Experience in a busy hospitality environment - pubs, bars, restaurants, gaming or similar
• A good understanding of operational standards, compliance and WHS
• A hands-on leadership style and someone who enjoys working alongside their team
• Someone who can stay organised and solutions-focused when things get busy
• Flexibility to work a rotating hospitality roster, including nights and weekends
• Most importantly, a genuine passion for hospitality, people and great service
