Ongoing Part-time (0.5 FTE or 2.5 days per week) located in Deakin, ACT or Wagga Wagga, NSW
Annual Salary between $92,286.48 to $99,294.52 pro rata, plus Superannuation, NFP Salary Packaging, Paid Christmas closure and other generous leave provisions under our Enterprise Agreement.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Contracts and Business Development Administrator will:
Coordinate and manage the Contracts and Business Development Team's shared inbox, applying judgement to prioritise and resolve routine matters and escalating complex or sensitive items appropriately.
Provide secretariat support for contract and funder meetings, including preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and proactively following up on agreed actions, escalating overdue items to relevant staff.
Establish and maintain a well-organised file management structure and contribute to the development of records management procedures for the function.
Monitor tender portals and funding notifications in collaboration with the Contracts and Business Development Lead.
Coordinate content to program and contract reports, tender submissions and other organisational documents, working to tight timeframes across multiple funders.
A qualification in business, social sciences / human services, communications, or a related area, or relevant experience in an administrative role
Demonstrated experience coordinating administrative or secretariat functions in a fast-paced environment, including experience supporting contract, tender or project processes.
Strong written communication skills, including experience preparing accurate minutes, reports and formatted organisational documents to a high standard.
Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement and initiative in coordinating competing priorities and progressing approvals where procedures are not always clearly defined.
Sound computing skills, including confidence maintaining trackers and databases and using them to identify and escalate risks.
