Common Good Partners is proud to be partnering with a growing commercial builder to appoint a Site Manager to their delivery team.

This is an opportunity to join a business that has built a strong reputation through repeat clients, quality delivery and a genuinely positive team culture. With a growing pipeline of work, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering projects to a high standard.

 The Role

 Unlike a traditional Site Manager position where you may be tied to one project for years, this role offers a mix of responsibilities across multiple sites.

You'll take ownership of several smaller projects at any one time, while also having the opportunity to lead larger projects as they arise. Project values typically range from minor works through to approximately $5 million.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple live projects and site activities

• Coordinating subcontractors and site programmes

• Driving safety, quality and programme outcomes

• Building strong relationships with clients and consultants

• Managing project handovers and defect completion

• Working closely with the leadership team to ensure successful delivery across the business

About You

 We're looking for someone who enjoys being on site, is highly organised and can confidently manage several moving parts.

Ideally you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction

• Experience delivering fit out, refurbishment or commercial building projects

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive, solutions focused approach

• Excellent planning and coordination abilities

• A commitment to quality workmanship and safety
