There’s a great opportunity opening up at Helen Browning’s Organic/Eastbrook Farm (near Swindon, Wiltshire) for someone who is committed to a career in horticulture and agroforestry. Alongside the main farm, we have c5 acres of field scale veg, plus a no-dig plot with polytunnel, supplying our pub/hotel and retail outlet. There’s also a maturing agroforestry system, producing top and soft fruit, again for our own use and wholesale markets. You will initially work on both enterprises, according to seasonal need.

We’d love to find someone who can either hit the ground running or is keen to learn from our highly experienced team, including Pete Richardson and Ben Raskin. Technical skills can be taught, but it’s vital that you are a team player, constructive and hard working, practical and committed.
