Relationship Account Manager

What you'll contribute


Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is on the lookout for a Relationship Account Manager to increase the volume, profitability, and retention of novated lease (NL) business by building strong relationships with employer partners and maximising participation within the region's existing customer base.



Success in this role is built on developing a deep understanding of each employer's business, workforce, and employee value proposition. Acting as a trusted partner, the RM works closely with employers to position novated leasing and approved salary packaging as valuable employee benefits, educating both employers and employees through on-site presentations, employer-hosted webinars, virtual information sessions, and other engagement activities.



This role is based in Western Australia and is a permanent full time role.



How you'll make an impact

• Drive Novated Leasing growth across the region by achieving sales targets, generating new customer leads, increasing settled units, and maximising customer retention.
  
• Build and manage strong relationships with employers and customers, identifying new business opportunities while delivering exceptional service and support throughout the customer lifecycle.
  
• Develop and execute regional sales and customer engagement plans, including regular customer visits, employee information sessions, business reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
  
• Act as the key escalation point for customers, proactively resolving issues, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, and helping organisations maximise the value of their Novated Leasing programs.
  
• Maintain compliance with lending policies and Novated Leasing legislation, while providing accurate reporting, portfolio management, and support for tenders, proposals, and business development initiatives.
  

Your attributes

• Experience in the Salary Packaging and/or Novated Leasing industry, with a strong understanding of the products, processes and customer landscape.
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver engaging customer meetings, information sessions and business reviews.
  
• A curious and consultative approach, with great questioning skills that help uncover customer needs and identify new opportunities.
  
• Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and deliver results.
