Team members join a growing organization that values community impact, safety, and long-term partnerships with clients.Role Description The Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Salisbury, QLD. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operational activities across warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. The role includes managing schedules, monitoring inventory levels, preparing and processing orders, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external partners. The Operations Coordinator will support process improvements, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and assist with reporting on operational performance and key metrics. This role also involves responding to operational inquiries, updating systems and documentation, and providing general administrative support to the operations team.Qualifications Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.Experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain support within manufacturing, beverage, or similar industries.Proficiency with office software and systems (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, basic inventory/order management tools).Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, order processing, and data entry.Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement in operational processes.Ability to work on-site in Salisbury, QLD, in a fast-paced environment and perform some manual handling as required.Previous experience in the mining/resources, hospitality, or beverage sector is an advantage; familiarity with Indigenous-owned enterprises is beneficial.Relevant vocational training or qualifications in operations, logistics, business, or a related field are desirable, but equivalent experience will be considered.
