Spa Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic commercially adept Spa Supervisor who is passionate about the spa and wellness industry, to nurture our guests with intent and connection at our BODHI Eos location. BODHI spas nourish the body, feed the soul and respect our planet.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure each guest has every element of their experience prepared according to the 5 star BODHI protocols

• Maintain an immaculate reception and answer enquiries accurately in a timely manner, via email, phone or in person

• Access the BODHI Academy portal and learn about products and bespoke BODHI treatments to deliver 5 star service to guests

• Provide 5 star treatments to guests

• Oversee operational duties in the absence of the manager including responding to any guest queries or concerns regarding their treatment experience

• Consistently achieve KPIs including retail targets

• Manage, support and motivate team members by demonstrating a positive attitude and creating a nurturing environment

• Cover and perform treatments in the case of absenteeism or emergencies as well as scheduled treatment days

• Assist in managing a 7 day a week operation

About you

• Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Certificate IV in Massage Therapy

• Demonstrate the ability to work without supervision and under pressure, quickly, effectively and quietly

• Demonstrate the ability to be punctual, reliable and a willingness to work collectively in a team, to harness a positive outcome

• Demonstrate the ability to actively listen and respond to a variety of situations with both guests and team members seeking a solution based outcome for all involved
