About The Role

Working within a small, friendly and collaborative team, you will support the delivery of clinical research and trials across Immunology and Infectious Diseases.

You Will

Screen and recruit participants and support informed consent.Collect and manage accurate research data and review medical records.Conduct participant follow-ups and collect clinical specimens as required.Coordinate study medications and ensure compliance with research protocols.Work collaboratively with participants, clinical teams and Study Investigators.Support the effective delivery of clinical research studies.

You will be supported by the Nurse Manager, Research Manager, Research Nurses and Study Investigators, with training and development provided on the job.

There is also potential for future flexible and hybrid working arrangements, subject to operational requirements.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and organised Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills and an interest in clinical research.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.Demonstrated clinical research experience or relevant qualifications in clinical research.An understanding of research ethics, governance, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), data integrity and confidentiality.Strong clinical knowledge, including medical terminology, disease processes and patient communication.Excellent communication, organisational and computer skills.The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy in a busy clinical environment.

Clinical trial or hospital-based research experience will be highly regarded.
