Pharmacy Assistant

Priceline Pharmacy Caddens Corner is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join our team

on a casual basis during the afternoons and weekends. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a customer-focused pharmacy environment

located in Caddens NSW 2747. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our

pharmacy operations and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and care. Your contribution

will directly impact the smooth running of our pharmacy and the wellbeing of our community.

What you will be doing:

1. Greeting customers in a timely and professional manner and responding to enquiries promptly

2. Assisting customers with over-the-counter medication and providing general product

information and referring to pharmacist where necessary

1. Processing customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, along with answering

phones and scheduling appointments

1. Restocking shelves and maintaining pharmacy displays whilst ensuring expiry dates are being checked

2. Processing click and collect orders within 2 hours

3. Maintaining a tidy, hygienic and safe work environment in accordance with pharmacy standards

What we 're looking for:

1. Previous experience working in a retail or pharmacy setting (high regarded but not essential)

2. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally

3. Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with excellent attention to detail and must be able to multitask

4. Ability to work as part of a team whilst also independently

5. Reliable, honest and keen to start ASAP

6. A genuine interest in healthcare and helping customers and complete ongoing trainings

7. Flexibility to work various shifts throughout weekdays, including weekends and public holidays as

required for casual work

8. Advantageous for year 9-11 student with the right attitude to suit afternoon roster requirements. Ability to start shifts sharp from 4pm Mon-Fri. We will help train you if you are the right fit for the team!
