PARTS INTERPRETER

MOOROOKA MOTOR GROUP is a family owned motor dealer, located on the 'Magic Mile' at Moorooka.

An opportunity has risen for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Parts Department assisting with Retail,Trade and Dealer sales for the following brands - Hyundai, Nissan, Isuzu Ute and Suzuki

About You:

• Do you have an interest in the automotive industry?

The ideal applicant will be responsible for the following: 

• Assisting retail and trade customers with parts enquiries 

• Interpreting and identifying automotive parts and accessories 

• Processing orders and invoices accurately 

• Managing customer back-orders and follow-ups 

• Promoting additional sales opportunities 

• Providing exceptional customer service 

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment  

What we're looking for:

• Demonstrated experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar automotive parts role.

• Proficient in using parts catalogues and inventory management systems.

• Team player
