 The Role

• Basic kitchen duties as requested by the Head Chef, including:
• General washing up
• Basic food preparation
• Cleaning of kitchen equipment
• Cleaning of kitchen surrounds
• Deep cleaning

About You

• Prior hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week including weekends
• A responsible person who shows initiative
• Hard working, physically fit and reliable – able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
• Good communication skills
• In possession of valid Australian working rights
