Our Radiology team works collaboratively with our entire hospital to provide gold standard care to our patients. About the Role:

SASH is excited to announce that we are looking for an intern to join our Radiology team in our North Ryde hospital. You will work closely in the imaging department, consisting of 7 Radiologists, 3 radiographers, 3 residents and specialised nurses.
You will also be supported by the broader SASH team as you work closely with each department across the hospital and will be provided with strong mentorship and a dedicated team, guiding you through your internship. 
On completion, you will be equipped with the skills, knowledge and experience needed to provide you with a solid foundation for a residency program in Radiology.
This position is suited for individuals wishing to pursue specialty training in Radiology or veterinarians looking to enhance their skills with a variety of modalities.

The position requires full-time availability and a 12 month commitment with anticipated commencement from October 2026.
  
  
About You:

We are looking for a passionate veterinarian to join our friendly team. Joining the SASH team means you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively on cases with specialists across the hospital.
To be considered for this position, you will have:

• Completed a small animal rotating internship or have a minimum of 2 years experience with a strong interest in Radiology.
• Have a degree eligible for registration with the New South Wales Veterinary Practitioner Board
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a flexible approach to your work
• Have a strong drive for self-development.
