Operations & Administration Coordinator

Krystalshield is a growing Australian manufacturer of commercial and industrial cleaning products. We are looking for an organised, motivated and reliable Operations & Administration Coordinator to join our team and become an integral part of our day-to-day operations.

This is a varied role where you will work closely with management to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently from order receipt through to production and dispatch.

• Processing customer orders

• Entering orders into Unleashed ERP

• Creating production assemblies for bulk and bottled products

• Printing production paperwork and product labels

• Coordinating dispatch and freight bookings

• Liaising with customers regarding orders and deliveries

• Answering phones and responding to emails

• Assisting with stock and inventory administration

• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

• Supporting production planning and scheduling

• General office administration

• Assisting management with day-to-day operational tasks

• Willing to learn and take ownership of their role

Experience with Unleashed or other ERP software is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
