About You

You are an experienced project leader with a proven ability to deliver large, complex organisational change initiatives in a healthcare or similarly complex environment.

You Will Bring

Extensive experience leading large, complex projects or programsStrong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skillsExcellent governance, risk and project management capabilityThe ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build productive partnershipsExperience working within complex health or government environments will be highly regarded.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead delivery of the Self-Managed Medications ProgramManage governance, risk, reporting and program assuranceBuild strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholdersLead project planning, implementation and evaluation activitiesSupport benefits realisation and continuous improvementProvide high-level strategic advice to senior executives.

Mandatory Requirements

While not mandatory, relevant project management qualifications will be well regarded.
