About the Role:

We are seeking a driven lawyer for this hands-on role, offering exposure to a steady pipeline of transactional property and commercial matters.

You can expect to have carriage of a variety of matters including:

• Commercial and retail leasing

• Purchase and Sale of Business

• Drafting commercial agreements and property documents

• Wills and Probate matters

• Property transactions including residential, off the plan and commercial sales and purchases

• Subdivisions, easements, positive covenants, options agreements,

• Joint venture and development agreements

• Property due diligence

• PPSR and caveats

• Being responsible for client's matters start to finish 

About You:

• A minimum 24 months PQE experience in property and commercial law

• Working knowledge of Pexa and Leap (highly regarded)

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and client relationship skills
