We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Assistants in Nursing (AIN) to join our healthcare team. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Join our Home Hospital team and deliver care where patients feel most comfortable in their own homes.
The successful applicant/(s) shall be part of a multidisciplinary team delivers quality evidence-based nursing care to patients under the direct supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse/Midwife. Facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care. Performs the primary function of an AIN as defined in Assistant in Nursing Policy MP 0080/18 and within site and area health guidelines and policies.

Our Home Hospital service enables eligible patients to be transferred home and receive hospital standard care to complete their recovery. The service is managed by the SMHS Community Services program and was formerly known as Hospital in the Home (HITH).

above vacancy, applicants found suitable for this position may be
