Job Description

As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of the practice, helping ensure every patient feels comfortable from the moment they arrive.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming patients with a warm and professional approachAnswering phone calls and assisting with enquiriesBooking and managing appointmentsProcessing payments and health fund claimsMaintaining patient records accuratelySupporting the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasksHelping the practice run smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications

You'll be someone who:

Loves providing great customer serviceHas a friendly, positive and professional attitudeIs organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentHas good computer skills and picks up new systems quicklyEnjoys working as part of a close-knit teamPrevious dental or medical reception experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you've worked in hospitality, retail, administration or another customer-facing role and are keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
