An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Management Planner to join our Business Planning & Strategy division in a permanent full-time role.
The Business Planning & Strategy Division provides strategic leadership and oversight across the organisation, driving corporate governance, compliance, business planning, community engagement, and reputation management. Partnering closely with business units, the division delivers practical solutions, enables organisational success, and fosters a high-performance culture that supports the company's ambition to be an employer of choice.
The Project Management Office within our Business Planning & Strategy division partners across the organisation to drive the successful implementation of strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration, aligning stakeholders, and accelerating decisions that deliver lasting business outcomes.
Reporting into the PMO, the Project Management Planner will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring a range of enterprise-wide projects that underpin Toyota Australia's strategic priorities. The role also supports the coordination of executive visits, ensuring schedules, briefings, and preparation activities are delivered seamlessly.
Based in Port Melbourne, this role includes occasional travel to our Altona office and offers flexible work arrangements.
