一、职位简介1. About the Role

我们正在澳大利亚昆士兰州黄金海岸招聘一名经验丰富、专业可靠的区域总监助理（Executive Assistant to Regional Director），协助区域总监处理澳大利亚区域的日常管理、商务协调、客户沟通及项目跟进工作。

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to the Regional Director to support the day-to-day management, business coordination, client communication and project activities of our Australian regional operations based in Gold Coast, Queensland.

该职位不仅限于传统行政支持，更需要具备较强的商务意识、组织协调能力、信息处理能力及中英文跨文化沟通能力。候选人将作为澳大利亚团队、中国总部、客户及合作伙伴之间的重要沟通协调人员。

This is more than a traditional administrative support role. The successful candidate will require strong commercial awareness, organisational skills, information management capabilities and excellent Mandarin-English communication skills. The role will act as an important coordination point between the Australian team, China headquarters, clients and business partners.

二、主要工作职责2. Key Responsibilities1. 高管及行政支持Executive & Administrative Support

• 协助区域总监管理日常工作安排、会议、预约及商务日程。
• Manage the Regional Director's daily schedule, appointments, meetings and business commitments.
• 协助安排国内及国际商务出行，包括机票、酒店、交通及行程安排。
• Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation and itineraries.
• 准备会议议程、报告、演示材料、工作文件及相关商务资料。
• Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, briefing materials and business documents.
• 参加相关会议，做好会议记录，并跟进会议确定的工作事项。
• Attend meetings where required, take accurate minutes and follow up on agreed actions.
• 跟进重要工作事项、时间节点及待办任务，并及时向区域总监汇报。
• Monitor priorities, deadlines and outstanding tasks and provide timely updates to the Regional Director.
• 妥善处理公司及商务敏感信息，严格遵守保密要求。
• Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with a high level of discretion.

2. 商务及市场协调Business & Commercial Coordination

• 协助安排客户拜访、商务会议、展会、企业活动及商务接待。
• Coordinate client meetings, business visits, exhibitions, corporate events and business hospitality.
• 协助区域总监开展客户关系维护及市场开发工作。
• Support client relationship management and business development activities.
• 协助跟进澳大利亚区域市场开发、商业机会及合作项目。
• Assist with Australian market development, business opportunities and commercial projects.
• 与客户、供应商、合作伙伴及其他外部机构进行商务沟通与协调。
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, business partners and other external stakeholders.
• 协助进行市场调研、行业信息收集及竞争对手动态分析。
• Assist with market research, industry analysis and competitor monitoring.
• 整理市场及业务信息，为区域总监提供相关决策参考。
• Prepare and organise market intelligence and business development information for management review.
• 跟进项目进度，协调相关人员并确保重要事项按计划完成。
• Track project progress and coordinate relevant stakeholders to ensure agreed actions are completed.

3. 中澳商务协调China–Australia Business Coordination

• 协助澳大利亚团队与中国总部之间进行日常商务沟通。
• Facilitate communication between the Australian regional team and China headquarters.
• 负责中英文商务邮件、文件、报告、演示资料及会议资料的整理与沟通。
• Assist with Chinese-English business correspondence, documents, reports, presentations and meeting materials.
• 协助中国总部与澳大利亚客户、供应商及合作伙伴进行沟通。
• Support communication between China headquarters and Australian clients, suppliers and business partners.
• 协助推进中澳之间的商务合作及跨境项目。
• Assist with cross-border business activities and China–Australia commercial projects.
• 确保重要商务信息在不同团队及部门之间准确、高效地传递。
• Help ensure business information is communicated accurately and efficiently across teams and functions.

4. 其他工作General Responsibilities

• 协助区域总监参与客户接待、商务活动及企业活动。
• Provide professional support during client visits, business meetings and corporate events.
• 协助维护重要客户及合作伙伴关系。
• Support the maintenance of key client and business partner relationships.
• 完成区域总监安排的其他商务、行政及项目协调工作。
• Undertake other commercial, administrative and project coordination duties as required.
• 根据公司业务需要，参与澳大利亚境内或国际商务出差。
• Undertake occasional domestic or international business travel when required.

三、任职要求3. Skills & Experience必备条件Essential Requirements

• 具有3年以上Executive Assistant、Personal Assistant、商务助理、项目协调、Office Manager或类似岗位工作经验。
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Business Assistant, Project Coordinator, Office Manager or similar role.
• 具备优秀的中文及英文口头和书面沟通能力。
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
• 能够独立处理英文商务邮件、文件、报告及会议资料。
• Strong professional English skills with the ability to prepare and manage business emails, documents, reports and meeting materials.
• 具备较强的组织、协调及时间管理能力。
• Strong organisational, coordination and time-management skills.
• 能够同时处理多项工作，并合理安排工作优先级。
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines effectively.
• 做事认真细致，责任心强，具有较强的执行力。
• Excellent attention to detail, accountability and ability to follow tasks through to completion.

The salary will be negotiated based on the candidate's professional experience, English and Mandarin proficiency, industry experience and overall suitability for the role.
