We are growing our Allied Health team and are seeking another Clinical Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about evidence-based practice, functional outcomes, and working alongside people with complex and diverse needs.
About the Role
As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at Quad Care, you will deliver high-quality, goal-focused exercise physiology services to NDIS and privately funded clients across the lifespan. You will work closely with clients, families, support coordinators, and our multidisciplinary Allied Health and support teams to achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
Responsibilities
Comprehensive functional and needs-based assessmentsDevelopment and delivery of individualised, evidence-based exercise and rehabilitation programsSupporting clients with disability, chronic health conditions, neurological and psychosocial needsCommunity-based, in-home, and clinic-based service delivery (role-dependent)Timely documentation, reports, and outcome measurementCollaboration within a multidisciplinary team, including behaviour support and therapy services
QualificationsCurrent registration as an Exercise Physiologist with the relevant professional bodyEligibility to provide services under the NDISValid Australian working rightsCurrent Queensland Driver LicenceNDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Education DetailsBachelor or Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology (or equivalent qualification)Education must meet Australian standards for exercise physiology practiceOngoing commitment to continuing professional development (CPD) in line with professional and organisational requirements
Required SkillsClinical assessment and functional evaluationEvidence‑based exercise prescriptionClient‑centred goal planningProfessional communication and documentationTime management and organisationIndependent clinical decision‑making
Skills DetailsAbility to complete comprehensive functional and needs‑based assessmentsDesign and implement individualised exercise and rehabilitation programsDeliver services in community, in‑home, and/or clinic settingsWrite clear, timely, and compliant NDIS reports and clinical notesCommunicate effectively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teamsManage caseloads responsibly while maintaining quality and ethical standards
