We're seeking a motivated and reliable Self Serve Car Wash Casual to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our self-service car wash facility in Parafield. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys helping customers, and has an eye for detail.

Potential to progression to 2IC

Your Responsibilities

1. Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming site

2. Assist customers with equipment and payment enquiries

3. Monitor and check car wash equipment and facilities

4. Refill chemicals, vending products and site consumables

5. Report maintenance issues and site hazards

6. Support the Site Manager with daily operations

7. Help maintain high standards across the site

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

3. Self-motivated and able to work independently

4. Practical with good problem-solving skills

5. Well-presented with attention to detail

6. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Bonus Points If You Have:

1. Cleaning, maintenance or facility management experience

2. Mechanical aptitude

3. Retail or customer service experience

4. Current driver's licence

This role would suit someone from a cleaning, maintenance, retail, hospitality, service station, car wash or trade background looking to step into a leadership position.
