Lalou Bistrot à Vin is a new venue from the team behind Geelong Cellar Door — a modern homage to the Parisian bistro, drawing on the food and wine traditions of every region of France. We're looking for a Chef de Partie to help us open the doors and build something special from day one.
THE ROLEWorking closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team, you'll run your section with pace, precision and pride, helping deliver a consistently excellent menu for a busy Geelong dining room. You'll be cooking in a brand new, modern kitchen fitted out for a serious à la carte service. This is a genuine opportunity to grow with a new, ambitious venue and take real steps toward a sous chef role.
