Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced YOS - Meraki Network Administrator with 8+ years of experience in managing enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and availability of Meraki-based network infrastructure while supporting business-critical operations in a 24x7 environment.Administer, configure, and support Meraki network environments, including switches, wireless access points, security appliances, VPNs, and cloud-managed networking solutions.· Monitor network health, analyze alerts, troubleshoot complex connectivity and performance issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents within agreed SLAs.· Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, migrations, configuration changes, and infrastructure optimization activities while following change management processes.· Collaborate with network, security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to implement reliable, secure, and scalable network solutions across enterprise environments.· Lead critical incident management activities, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), prepare operational reports, and drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance network reliability and user experience.
