Job Description
We are looking for Behaviour Support Practitioners who have current suitability at the Core level or above- as confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safegaurd Commission.
As an experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you’ll be a supporter, a strategist, a behaviour detective and occasionally the person who teaches everyone to breathe again after a meltdown.
Your work will be meaningful, hands‑on, and genuinely life‑changing for the people you support.
What you’ll be doing
Evaluating, developing & delivering evidence-based support plansCreating meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support frameworkBuilding capacity in the people who support our participants, families, carers, friends, support workersWorking alongside a brilliant multidisciplinary teamChampioning the reduction (and elimination!) of restrictive practicesYou’ll thrive with us if you:
Hold NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner status at minimum CORE level with experienceHold a degree in allied health or a related fieldHave experience working with complex and challenging behavioursHave a genuine passion for disability supportWhy You’ll Love Working With Us
