Project Management and estimating
Automation and technology (system design and programming)
Operations management
Service and maintenance
What You'll Be Doing
Site Leadership and Team Management
Leading the wiring and instillation works on site in accordance with documentation, quotes and schedules
Managing site works and providing on-site training for the BREC team, including A-Grades and Apprentices
Working with foremen, other trades, and our team to manage site workflow
Work with a sustainable and inclusive mindset towards work and leadership
Ensure safety is at the forefront of every decision, including managing a clean and organised workplace
Technical and Electrical Works
Installation of custom pendants and feature lights
Wiring and installation of Automation systems and components (no design or programming)
Reviewing technical installation and wiring diagrams to foresee and address potential issues
Working to the high level of workmanship and attention to detail, referencing AS3000 as required
Project Coordination and Admin
Communicating changes in scope, RFIs, and variations to the Project Manager
Communicating and working closely with the BREC Project Management team
Ordering and managing materials, including labour and material forecasts (within reason)
Updating digital job management software are required for the project
What You'll Need
Licenses and Qualifications
Valid Victorian A-Grade Electrical License and White Card
Elevated Work Platform (EWP) permit (not required by highly desirable)
Experience and Technical Skills (3+ Years Preferred)
Proven experience as a Leading Hand on complex high-end residential or detail architectural projects
Experience installing bespoke custom pendants and feature lighting
Experience wiring (not programming) Automation systems such as DALI, KNX, C-Bus, Dynamite, and similar
Strong fault-finding experience on new and existing projects
Personal Attributes and Work Ethic
High attention to detail and pride in clean, precision craftsmanship
Strong communication skills
Be reliable, punctual, and bring a good attitude to the team
