About the Role
This role is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the restaurant. You will work closely with restaurant leaders and team members to deliver strong guest experiences, product quality and operational standards.

The role oversees recruitment, training, workforce planning, sales growth and cost management while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Through effective leadership and commercial decision-making, you will contribute to profitable and sustainable business performance.

Key Activities Include:
Restaurant Leadership
• Lead and support restaurant leaders and team members to deliver consistent operational performance.
• Build a positive team culture focused on accountability, development and service standards.
• Maintain strong visibility within the restaurant and lead by example during service periods.

Team Development
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members to meet current and future business needs.
• Provide coaching, training and performance feedback to support capability growth.
• Support succession planning for key restaurant leadership positions.

Commercial Performance
• Manage labour, food and operational costs in line with agreed budgets.
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives that drive revenue growth.
• Reduce wastage and improve profitability through effective operational controls.

Business Improvement & Community Engagement
• Support local marketing initiatives that encourage customer growth and repeat visitation.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and restaurant performance.
• Partner with the Franchise Partner to deliver operational priorities and business objectives.

About You
Essential
• Previous experience leading teams within hospitality, retail or food service environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales, labour and cost performance.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining operational standards.
• Organised, accountable and comfortable making decisions in a busy environment.

Desirable
• Experience managing a quick service restaurant or multi-shift operation.
• Exposure to local area marketing and community engagement activities.
