ECS Account Executive - Public Sector

• Hit (and beat) monthly and quarterly targets selling Salesforce into Public Sector accounts across your assigned territory or vertical
• Run full-cycle deals from prospecting to close, focussing on new business, while growing your existing accounts
• Build your go-to-market plan: research your territory, identify target agencies, and turn insight into a real pipeline
• Generate pipeline through cold outreach, campaigns, and sharp market knowledge of the public sector landscape
• Bring a value-based, consultative approach (business cases, ROI, references, and data) that resonate with government buyers
• Pull in the right team at the right time: Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners
• Balance quick wins with long-term account growth to maximize your total revenue impact
• Keep your pipeline sharp with daily CRM updates and deliver forecasts you can stand behind

• Solid experience selling enterprise software, with a track record of new business wins
• A demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding targets
• The confidence to build credibility at every level, up to and including the C-suite
• Bonus points for CRM sales experience or public sector/vertical industry knowledge
