Massage Therapist Generalist & Thai Massage

As a Massage Therapist your role is all about providing an exceptional Saint Haven experience through the delivery of member and guest massages. As a member of the Saint Haven team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our member and guest expectations are not only met but exceeded.

The Saint Haven team strives to find innovative and thoughtful ways to make each member or guest experience unique – this can be as simple as remembering a massage style preference or creating a personalised recovery and anti-aging wellness plan based on team observations.

This is a casual role working Saturdays 9am to 5pm, with additional shifts available on Wednesday: 8am to 1pm, 5pm to 9pm, Thursday:  8am to 1pm, 3.3pm to 8.30pm or Friday: 3pm to 8pm

The Role

As a Massage Therapist at SAINT HAVEN, you will:

• Deliver luxurious, results-driven personalised massage treatments, including Thai Massage

• Build trusted relationships with members through warmth, care and exceptional service.

• Maintain the highest standards of treatment-room presentation, hygiene and professionalism, at times massage may be delivered on the gym floor

• Collaborate with the wider team to continually elevate our member experience.

• Contribute ideas across new treatments, services and wellness experiences.

What You Bring

• You have considerable experience in the massage industry, including but not limited to hotel experience, spa and/or wellness centres

• Skilled in various massage techniques; including Thai massage, training will be offered within the job especially for the delivery of our signature massages

• You are willing to learn and stay up to date with the latest in health and wellbeing trends and Saint Haven offerings

• You are people focused – genuine, honest and operate with integrity. You thrive on watching your team succeed and develop their skills and experience

• You are self-assured, patient, listen intently, speak clearly and eloquently, and are comfortable communicating at all levels
