What you'll be doing:Delivering high-quality private, group, and pathway coaching programsCoaching players of all ages and skill levelsCreating engaging and positive learning environmentsSupporting player development and progressionBuilding strong relationships with players, parents, and the wider tennis communityAssisting with programs, competitions, events, and holiday activitiesWorking collaboratively with the Voyager Tennis coaching team
What we're looking for:Club Professional (Level 2) Coach accreditationMinimum of 3 years’ full-time coaching experience (38+ hours per week)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive, organised, and professional approachPassion for player development and delivering great coaching experiencesAbility to work independently while being part of a supportive coaching teamExperience delivering group programs or workshops is highly regarded
You will also need (or be willing to obtain):Working With Children CheckPolice CheckTennis Australia Coach MembershipFirst Aid Certification
Location: Voyager Tennis operates across Australia. Successful applicants will be placed at a location that best aligns with their experience, availability, and current venue requirements.
International Candidates: International candidates are welcome to apply. Visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates, subject to meeting Australian visa and role requirements.
Salary: Up to AUD 70,000/per year
