Property Manager

hohm Property Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our high-performing and supportive team. We’re offering a full-time, office-based role that gives you the tools and environment to thrive – without the stress of trust accounting or an overwhelming portfolio.

• Secure, onsite parking

• Use of company car during business hours

• No trust accounting

• Strong admin and inspection support

• Office-based role with minimal out-of-office tasks

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager

• Current Certificate of Registration

• Sound knowledge of residential property management legislation and procedures

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Tech-savvy, with experience using industry software (Property Tree highly regarded)
