MSS Security is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Receptionist to join our team at our Research Centre located in Bundoora. This is a Monday to Friday position, where you will be a key part of the front-line security presence, creating a positive first impression while supporting the day-to-day operations of the site.


Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in and sign-out procedures
• Issuing access passes and assisting with site access requirements
• Monitoring CCTV footage and reporting any incidents or concerns when required
• Providing a high level of customer service while maintaining site security standards

Requirements:

• Full Australian Working Rights
• A valid Victorian Security License (Control Room License preferred but not essential)
• First Aid & CPR (Or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors
• Previous experience in a security, reception, administration, or customer service role is highly regarded
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use email and general computer systems confidently
