About the role

Reporting to the Program Manager, Therapeutic Services, the Senior Clinician Therapeutic Services is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to clients across Victoria under the Redress Support Services and Forced Adoption Support Servcies programs. This involves providing clinical supervision, managing clinical risk, supporting clinical effectiveness, maintaining a small caseload, and contributing to stakeholder engagement, reporting, evaluation and the achievement of contractual, funding and strategic objectives.

This role is located at Kew and is a part-time permanent position (0.8EFT) working four (4) days per week. Some travel between centres wil be required.  The base salary range is $130,937 - $132,770 (pro-rata) per annum. 

About you

• Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, counselling or a related discipline, with recognised clinical supervision training.
• Demonstrated leadership and clinical supervision experience, with the ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative and safe team culture.
• Strong clinical experience in mental health, trauma-informed practice and therapeutic services, with sound clinical judgement, risk management and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience using client management systems and working effectively with diverse clients, staff and stakeholders.
