Front of House and Function Wait Staff

Club Macquarie is currently seeking a casual Bistro Server/ Function staff member to join the team. This opportunity is responsible and key to our Front of House and Back of House as well as Function operations. You will provide outstanding customer service across our Bistro, and during Functions. Duties will include:

·         Provide friendly and efficient service to members and guests

·         Assist with clearing, cleaning and scullery

·         Operating and balancing of tills

·         Food and beverage preparation

·         Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed.

This position will require availability for split shifts for lunch and dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends Public Holidays and good availability through the week is a must.

The successful applicant will be someone who can work under pressure while at all times ensuring that our current high standards are met. Previous experience in a similar catering operations or the likes of fast food chains is desirable. Along with good work ethics, you will have the ability to work in a team environment and excellent interpersonal skills. Your excellent customer service skills and problem solving ability will have you thriving in this position.
