About the opportunity:  

This is a chance to step into the heart of Charter Hall’s diversified funds platform, working close to senior decision-makers on a ~$14bn portfolio spanning listed and wholesale capital. You’ll bring the financial insight, modelling capability and commercial thinking that help shape investment decisions, support capital partners and drive long-term performance across one of Australia’s leading property investment businesses.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Shape investment decisions through high-quality financial analysis - own fund models, forecasts and performance reporting that help guide acquisitions, divestments, leasing activity, equity raisings and broader portfolio strategy.

• Work close to senior decision-makers - prepare insights, papers and presentations for Fund Boards, Investment Committees and senior leaders, helping turn complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations.

• Influence a diversified ~$14bn platform - contribute to outcomes across industrial & logistics, office, retail and social infrastructure assets, with exposure to both listed and wholesale capital.

• Connect the dots across the business - partner with sector teams, transactions, valuation, finance, treasury, asset management and investor relations to drive stronger fund and portfolio outcomes.

• Create confidence for investors and stakeholders - deliver clear reporting, key fund metrics, budgets, forecasts and investor materials that support transparency, performance and long-term value creation.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience, agility and generosity.

• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise.

• Degree qualified in finance, property or commerce related discipline. Post degree qualifications not mandatory depending on level of practical experience.

• Experience of 5+ years in an analyst role or real estate funds management.

• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (proficiency with financial modelling is critical).

• Strong business writing and verbal communication ability.

• Advanced MS PowerPoint / Word.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
