Office All Rounder

About the Opportunity
Due to continued business expansion and network growth, we are seeking proactive, detail oriented individuals to join our Head Office finance team in Roselands.

We currently have exciting opportunities across both our Accounts Payable (AP) and Reconciliation teams. Whether you are looking to build a career in supplier invoice management or dive into high volume data matching and financial investigation, these roles offer a fantastic foundation within a fast paced, high volume corporate environment.

What You Will Be Doing
Depending on your strengths and team alignment, your day to day responsibilities will focus on one of the following key finance streams:

Accounts Payable Stream:

• Accurate processing, coding, and high volume data entry of supplier invoices.
• Performing three way matching between invoices, Purchase Orders, and Goods Received Notes.
• Preparing weekly payment runs for key suppliers and trade vendors.
• Managing external supplier inquiries and performing vendor statement reconciliations.

Reconciliation Stream:

• Daily matching of cash, EFTPOS, and merchant banking from over 100 retail stores against bank statements.
• Reconciling high volume online payment gateways including Afterpay, Zip, PayPal, and credit cards.
• Investigating register shorts, missing banking, or system discrepancies directly with Store Managers.
• Balancing month end clearing accounts and verifying transaction fees.

What We Are Looking For

• High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and effective time management skills.
• Intermediate computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and data entry.
