We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant, Bar & Gaming Professional to join our team and help deliver an outstanding experience for members and guests.

About the Role

Full Time, Part Time and Casual Staff positions available - Working across our restaurant, bar and gaming operations, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and enjoyable environment for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, efficient and professional customer service

• Taking food and beverage orders and delivering quality service

• Preparing and serving beverages in accordance with venue standards

• Supporting restaurant and bar operations during busy service periods

• Assisting with gaming operations and maintaining a safe, responsible environment

• Processing payments and handling cash accurately

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene

• Following responsible service of alcohol and responsible gambling requirements

• Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team

• Assisting with opening and closing procedures as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in hospitality, ideally across restaurant, bar or gaming operations

• Has a genuine passion for customer service

• Is confident, friendly and well presented

• Can work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Is reliable, punctual and flexible with availability

• Has a strong understanding of responsible service practices

• Holds relevant Australian hospitality licences/certifications, where required

• Is willing to learn and contribute positively to the team
