Your Role

As a non-contact Educational Leader, you will be the pedagogical driver of your centre, inspiring educators and supporting the delivery of exceptional learning experiences for every child.

You will:

• Champion the approved learning frameworks and lead continuous improvement in curriculum and practice
• Support educators to plan, implement and evaluate meaningful learning experiences
• Mentor and inspire your team through reflective practice, coaching and collaboration
• Foster a culture of curiosity, inquiry and professional growth
• Partner with the Centre Director and Relationship Manager to support holistic outcomes for children, families and educators

• A full-time Centre Director focused on operational excellence and business performance
• A full-time Relationship Manager supporting enrolments, family engagement and community connections
• Ongoing guidance from our Operations and Quality teams

About You

You are a passionate early childhood professional who believes in the power of quality teaching, strong relationships and reflective practice.

You bring:

• A deep respect for children as capable, confident and competent learners
• Experience as an Educational Leader, or demonstrated experience leading and inspiring educators
• A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or currently working towards this qualification
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF v2.0, National Quality Framework (NQF) and quality improvement practices
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current Certificate of Completion
• A commitment to child safety, cultural safety and creating inclusive environments where every child belongs.
