Our client is a privately owned and growing Occupational Therapy provider, focused on delivering great support for participants, clear communication, and sustainable caseloads. They care more about doing good work than box ticking or high pressure KPIs, and want their clinicians to feel supported and enabled to do their best work.
About The Role
Community based OT service delivery for NDIS participantsWork-from-home base, with local community visits across Inner Melbourne and the South EastPick your own caseload and hours, so work complements your lifestyleComplete functional capacity assessmentsProvide capacity building therapy and skills developmentRecommend, trial, and prescribe Assistive TechnologyWrite clear, high quality reports aligned with NDIS standardsCollaborate with families, support coordinators, and allied health partnersAdmin support provided, so you can spend more time with your participantsAccess to professional tools (Splose, Outlook, etc.) to manage your caseload

About You
Degree in Occupational TherapyAHPRA registration, Working with Children Check, and Police CheckExperience working as a community Occupational Therapist within the NDISStrong written and verbal English skills for professional communicationComfortable working independently, with admin support availableYour own ABN, to be engaged as a contractorValid driving licence, a dependable car, and a laptop with reliable internet
