The Opportunity

The Petries Group is a long-standing, family-owned business right here in Port Macquarie with not only our retail store, but also our Distribution Centre.

Our job is simple: get the right gear to the right site, on time.

With deliveries ramping up, we’re chasing a casual to join our distribution centre yard & delivery crew.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working safely and looking out for your mates on the job

• Loading, delivering to site & unloading building materials around the region

• Making sure loads are right and turn up where and when they should

• Daily checks on delivery vehicles

• Helping out with stock and yard work

What You’ll Need

• MR licence (or above) — mandatory (no licence = no go)

• White Card - must have for going onto job sites

• Forklift licence preferred

• HIAB experience is a bonus

• Physically fit — you’ll be handling heavy and bulky materials. This isn't a desk job.

• Complete a pre-employment medical to make sure you're fit for the role
