.NET Engineering Team Lead

Role OverviewLead architecture, technical direction and quality across a suite of products.Write and review code alongside your team, staying hands on for around 40% of your time.Champion the use of Claude and agentic AI tooling across the full SDLC, from planning through to testing and documentation.Mentor and grow your team through regular code reviews and career development conversations. This role is not just about helping others improve, it's about thinking on ways to help them improve faster.
What You'll Ideally HaveExperience as a Team Lead, Engineering Manager or similar, with a track record of building high performing and engaged teams.Recent experience building in .NET, TypeScript and React.Practical experience applying AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, MCP servers and agentic workflows across the SDLC.
