Hands-on People Management | Perfect Balance of Life Role

This is a practical people management position focused on improving performance of national sales team through coaching, insights and accountability.

You will ensure the team is in the right place, doing the right activities, at the right time — maximising sales performance every day.

This is a home based role with flexibility to work key hours between 9am & 3pm.  20–24 hours per week across 5 days and you can be based anywhere in Australia.

HR and People Management Experience is desirable. Along with being action orientated, solid administration skills and attention to detail.

About the role

This is a hands-on people and performance management role where you will review activity daily, guide individuals and take action quickly when performance improvements are required.

This includes:

• Coaching and directing team members to deliver their best performance each day

• Using data, reporting and CRM insights to identify opportunities to improve results

• Ensuring strong focus on activity and performance metrics

• Communicating performance insights to internal stakeholders and Client stakeholders

• Monitor sales performance, coach for improvement, and keep the team accountable for results

About you

You are an organised, intelligent, passionate and professional individual and ideally you will have:

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• A practical, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to leadership

• Comfortable using IT systems, spreadsheets and reporting tools

• Strong ability to analyse information and use insights to guide team performance

• Experience coaching/mentoring individuals to improve outcomes

• Confidence managing expectations, activity and reporting

• A background in HR, Psychology or people leadership
