Corrosion Control Engineering (CCE) is Australasia’s leading corrosion prevention engineering company, specialising in cathodic protection and asset integrity solutions.
We work across a range of industries and critical infrastructure, including pipelines, water, marine, mining, energy and defence. Our success depends on ensuring our project teams have the right tools, equipment and materials available, maintained and ready when they are needed.
We are now looking for an experienced and highly organised Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse and stores operation at CCE’s Head Office.
About the role

Coordinate freight and logistics throughout Australia and internationally
Prepare, pack and dispatch equipment in line with project mobilisation requirements
Undertake regular stocktakes and cycle counts
Investigate discrepancies and introduce corrective actions
Monitor consumable stock levels and arrange replenishment
Raise purchase orders, receipt orders, close sales orders and process dispatch documentation
Develop and maintain practical warehouse procedures and work instructions
Improve warehouse layouts, storage methods, workflows and asset-tracking systems
Build strong working relationships with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors and freight providers
Identify opportunities to reduce equipment loss, unnecessary expenditure and operational delays
About you
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, methodical and comfortable taking ownership of a busy warehouse operation.
You will be a hands-on leader who enjoys creating order, improving systems and ensuring people can quickly find the equipment and materials they need.
To be successful, you will ideally have:

Excellent attention to detail
The ability to manage competing operational priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
A practical and proactive approach to problem-solving
The confidence to work autonomously and make sound operational decisions
