About the Role:BRG is seeking experienced Logistics professionals to support current and upcoming Defence programs across Australia.
We are interested in hearing from candidates with experience across Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), sustainment, logistics management, supply chain, asset management and Defence capability delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:Depending on the role and program, responsibilities may include:Deliver logistics and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities across Defence capability acquisition and sustainment programs.Develop, review and maintain logistics plans, documentation and support strategies.Support logistics planning, analysis, governance and reporting.Manage sustainment, supply chain, inventory, asset and materiel activities.Conduct or support Logistics Support Analysis (LSA).Support transition into service and ongoing sustainment activities.Engage with Defence, industry partners and key stakeholders to coordinate logistics outcomes.Monitor logistics risks, issues, schedules and deliverables.Support Defence logistics systems, processes and compliance requirements.
To Be Successful You Will Need:Demonstrated experience in Defence logistics, ILS, sustainment or a related logistics discipline.Strong understanding of Defence capability acquisition and/or sustainment environments.Experience developing and managing logistics documentation and deliverables.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary Defence and industry teams.Australian citizenship and the ability to hold the required Australian Government security clearance.
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:Experience working within CASG or Defence SPO environments.Knowledge of the One Defence Capability System (ODCS) and Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC).Experience with MILIS and/or other Defence logistics and asset management systems.Experience with ASDEFCON contracting environments.Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, engineering, project management or a related discipline.Current Baseline, NV1 or NV2 security clearance.
