About the role
This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact. Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the performance, development and growth of the sales leads team. We are looking for someone who can help build a high-performing sales environment while ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the first point of contact.
Key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
o Oversee lead generation for all STP consultants across all branches.
o Act as the first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries, qualifying leads and coordinating appointments with the Sales team.
o Ensure all new and existing sales opportunities via phone, email, website or in person are actioned and entered into the CRM system in a timely manner.
o Manage and oversee the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th follow-up attempts, recording outcomes accurately.
o Develop and implement lead management strategies to ensure new and existing sales opportunities are effectively qualified and actioned by the Sales team.
o Lead, train, coach and motivate a team of Sales Support Officers.
o Prepare end-of-week sales reports and sales tracker updates, along with end-of-month sales reports for management.
o Update daily and weekly KPI reports for senior management.
o Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure leads are managed effectively and in line with established KPIs.
o Work closely with allocated Sales team members to improve time management and lead conversion.
o Maintain accurate sales records by updating the CRM, lead databases and associated applications.
o Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and sales processes.
o Deliver training to new and existing staff on HubSpot, CRM processes and company systems.
o Assist in identifying new marketing opportunities and provide feedback on current marketing initiatives.
o Support the Group Sales Manager with sales administration and other projects as required.
Requirements for the position include:
o Previous experience in a sales support, sales coordination or team leadership role.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Thorough understanding of HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
o Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
o High attention to detail and accuracy.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
