Receptionist

Applications are invited for the position of Receptionist to join our modern, busy and vibrant legal practice.

The responsibilities of the position include:- 

• Answering phones

• Welcoming clients

• Data entry

• Typing documents

The successful candidate should possess the following:- 

• Experience in a similar role

• Good people skills

• Pleasant phone manner

• Ability to work within a structured team environment

• Accurate typing skills of at least 45 words per minute

• Ability to organise, manage and prioritise multiple tasks

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

• Driver Licence;

This is a full-time position.
