Triggerpoint Natural Health Centre is a locally owned and operated remedial massage and chiropractic clinic, proudly caring for the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie communities for more than 16 years.

We’re looking for a qualified, professional and personable massage therapist to join our established and supportive team.

Located in a prominent position in Hamilton South, our clinic is well known in the local community and benefits from a strong reputation, loyal clients and consistent demand for our services.

Our clinic has 9 treatment rooms and is open:

• Monday–Friday: 8am–7pm

• Saturday: 8am–2pm

With established demand and a growing client base, there is plenty of opportunity for the right therapist to build a busy and rewarding career.

And importantly, you don’t have to do it all yourself.

Our experienced reception team takes care of the administration, so you can concentrate on your clients. We manage:

• Client bookings and appointment enquiries

• Payments and reception

• Towels and treatment linen

• General administration and day-to-day clinic support

We value communication, feedback and continuous improvement. We believe that listening to client and workplace feedback is an important part of maintaining high standards, meeting our brand expectations and continuing to grow professionally as a therapist and as a team.

The role also requires availability across our clinic’s operating hours, including evenings and Saturdays. We understand that therapists have different availability, and we’re not looking to prescribe exact hours, however, the ability to work evenings and Saturdays is an important part of meeting the needs of our clients and the team.
